HARDY speaks out. In October of last year, HARDY’s tour bus ran off the road, resulting in significant and life-threatening injuries to all four passengers. According to a Tennessee Highway Patrol report, the bus was traveling westbound on I-40 near the Wilson and Davidson counties border when it went off the road, overturning on its left side.
