Country Chord is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses at checkout. If your address is insufficient or incorrect and your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for additional re-shipment fees charged to us by the mail carrier. Returned orders will not be held for more than 14 days.
Country Chord is not responsible for lost or missing packages once order is sent and tracking information is updated or marked as delivered. We are also not responsible for any additional import fees.
Items are only refunded or exchanged if the item you received is incorrect. For example: customer orders a large but receives a small. Email us at Info@CountryChord.com with a picture of the label showing the size, as well as design on the front, and we will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
Our Items are made to order to minimize over-production. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once printing has begun.
Items typically ship within 2-3 business days. However, please allow up to 10 business days for items to ship. Your order may arrive in separate shipments.
