Didn’t see this one coming…
showing my lady some true romance tonight at the 50 cent show— Zach Bryan (@zachlanebryan) December 5, 2023
After the concert ended, Zach shared a photo of him and the legendary hip-hop artist to his Instagram story (and of course, we had to make a meme out of it).
Although the 48 year-old rapper isn’t topping the charts as he once did in the early 2000’s, his 30 million records sold is nothing short of astonishing. He also recently performed arguably his most recognizable hit to date, “In Da Club,” at the Super Bowl alongside Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige.
Zach sharing a photo meeting the rapper backstage is one thing, but what’s even more interesting (and definitely pretty damn cool) is 50 shared a photo a few hours later to his 30 million Instagram followers, praising Zach in the caption:
“My boy @zachlanebryan stopped by to see me last night. I told him, he the best new everything in country music.”
Zach has had a massive year, finishing at #4 on Rolling Stone’s 100 Best Songs of the Year list with “I Remember Everything,” the Kacey Musgraves collaboration that also earned him his first ever #1 on the Hot 100 chart.
On top of all of the success he’s garnered over the last few years that’s solidified him as one of the biggest artists in the world, I’m sure Zach would’ve never guessed that he’d one day be receiving praise from 50 Cent.
What a weird world we live in…
