Last night, Morgan Wallen cancelled his show in Oxford, Mississippi, due to “losing his voice.” The last minute cancellation announcement came after his openers, HARDY and Ernest, had already took the stage to perform their set, leaving fans outraged and questioning if that was the truth.
Fast forward to just a few hours ago, Morgan Wallen took to Instagram to share the news that his voice is “shot,” and that he is rescheduling three of his up-coming tour dates.
Y’all know how important my fans are to me so I feel horrible about this news. There’s nothing more I want to do than be on stage playing for you guys. But as of today, I’m on doctor-ordered vocal rest and we have to reschedule this week’s shows. I appreciate and understand everything you do to get to my shows so it would be unfair of me to put on a show that I know I will not be 100%
It appears that, while trying to do the right thing, Morgan may have messed up. The upcoming rescheduled shows were for his stops in Michigan, Illinois and Nebraska. Review the new dates, below.
