It appears Jason Aldean is running for local office, y’all. In a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times, Jason was asked more about political topics and racial issues than his brand new 11th studio album, “Highway Desperado,” that dropped everywhere today. In fact, so much so, one could assume he’s currently running for governor or hell, even president. Sure, there were other questions asked, such as if it ever gets old having a song go #1 or a condescending question about his age and if it’s “hard” to witness other artists in their early 30’s pretty much pass him…

During his recent appearance on “FLAGRANT“, a podcast featuring comedian Andrew Schulz, Jelly Roll expressed great criticism of how the church is portraying Jesus Christ in this day and age. He appeared on the comedy podcast to discuss his massive new album, “Whissitt Chapel“, his life story, and, clearly, a few controversial topics. While getting into the nitty gritty about his life, Jelly Roll was asked about comments he had previously made elsewhere, saying the new album was partly about his reconciliation with the church. He, in a way, goes on to call out the modern Christians. When asked to expand, he…
Throwback time. Back in September of 2017, two of the most beloved acts in country music shared the stage together to perform one of the most iconic and well-known songs from the King’s hefty discography, “All My Ex’s Live In Texas.” The George Strait & Chris Stapleton performance was from a Hurricane Harvey benefit concert at the Majestic Theater in San Antonio, Texas, which also featured Miranda Lambert and helped raise over $40 million for its victims. While you absolutely hate to see homes and livelihoods destroyed from these disasters, it seems the country music community always comes together to…
Good news, football fans. The NFL will host its first ever Black Friday game this year (finally) on Amazon Prime and it was just announced that Garth Brooks will be headlining the musical performance shortly after. The game, which features Tua and the Miami Dolphins going head-to-head against Zach Wilson and the New York Jets, kicks off at 3pm EST, followed by the Garth Brooks Amazon Music Live special at 7pm. The concert will be livestreamed from the grand opening of his new downtown Nashville bar, Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky-Tonk, where he’s sure to perform all of…
Well, there’s one reason to watch. This morning, the Country Music Association officially announced the second round of performers for this year’s 57th award show and there’s a couple things that country fans may be excited for. For starters, it was announced that Post Malone will be joining Morgan Wallen and Hardy to perform a medley of old country classics. While these award shows are notoriously known to bring in outside pop/r&b singers to try and and boost their ratings, further showing they’re clueless as to what country fans really want, Post Malone may be an exception to some viewers.…
This might actually draw in some ratings.. Today, the second round of performers were officially announced for this year’s CMA Awards, and for some, they saved the best for last. Post Malone, who’s been flirting with country music for quite some time, is making not only his CMA Awards debut, but this will be the first time he’s ever performed at any country music awards show. Malone (whose real name is Austin Richard Post), will be performing alongside Morgan Wallen and HARDY to sing a medley of old country classics, according to the Association. As most of you are probably…
