Ahh, the year is 2008 and some of Country music’s biggest artists to ever exist all shared one stage together. On CMT Giants, 15 years ago, Alan Jackson brought out George Strait, as well as Dierks Bentley and Brad Paisley, to perform his 25th No. 1 hit “Country Boy.” While Brad and Dierks are no short of Country music icons themselves, you can still see it written all over their faces how much fun they’re having to be in the presence of The King and The Goat. It’s pretty legendary if ya ask me. Check it out, below.

Last night, Morgan Wallen cancelled his show in Oxford, Mississippi, due to “losing his voice.” The last minute cancellation announcement came after his openers, HARDY and Ernest, had already took the stage to perform their set, leaving fans outraged and questioning if that was the truth. Fast forward to just a few hours ago, Morgan Wallen took to Instagram to share the news that his voice is “shot,” and that he is rescheduling three of his up-coming tour dates. Y’all know how important my fans are to me so I feel horrible about this news. There’s nothing more I want…
Last season, Noah Thompson and HunterGirl stood side by side to find out who was going to be the next American Idol. Last night, they stood side by side once again when they made their return to to ABC’s hit singing competition. Noah, who won season 20, was accompanied by HunterGirl for a duet on his original song, “One Day Tonight.” The two are currently on tour together, although both have done several things on their own since the show, including HunterGirl getting to open up at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Check out the performance below and catch…
Last night, fans showed up to see Morgan Wallen in Oxford, Mississippi and unfortunately, the show was cancelled. However, this cancellation happened differently than most. Sure, most times concerts are rescheduled, it’s done last minute, and as much as it sucks for fans who made travel plans or already started driving, there’s nothing artists can typically do. In this case, HARDY and Ernest had already taken the stage and performed their set, beer and food were already purchased, and Morgan Wallen had already known about his apparent vocal issues all day. Just before it was his time to take the…
“Thought You Should Know” comes in at No. 7, with “Last Night” at No. 8 and “One Thing At A Time” at No. 9. Morgan Wallen breaks yet another record. This time, he becomes the first artist to chart three songs in Billboard’s top 10 on Country Airplay since the chart first launched in January of 1990. Differing from the Top 10, Morgan’s “Last Night” also just spent its tenth week at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs, just behind his 19-week run at no. 1 with “You Proof,” featured on the same, massive 36 song album, One Thing…
Rackin up the accolades. Today, Cody Johnson’s seventh studio album, “Human: The Double Album,” as well as the title track, both earned Gold status from the RIAA, meaning they’ve both moved over 500,000 units. While that’s a massive accomplishment, I’ll be honest and admit, the 2021 album would be 8X platinum by now, if I had any say in Country music and to it’s consumers. Still, Cody’s collaboration with Ian Munsick, “Long Live Cowgirls,” was also just certified gold last week, while his phenomenal single, “‘Til You Can’t,” was officially certified 2X platinum in September of last year. Speaking of…
