We are so back.
Word on the street is Chick-fil-A is officially bringing back two of it’s most beloved menu items, the Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich (which seemingly makes a return around this time every year), and the fan-favorite Banana pudding milkshake, which hasn’t been on the popular fast food chain’s menu for nearly a decade.
Now I’m not entirely sure why it’s taken Chick-fil-A TEN whole years to add arguably their best milkshake flavor back into the mix, but hey…I’m not going to spend my time taking this good news and turning it into a b*tching fest. Better late than never, amirite?
According to food blogger, Markie Devo, the two items will make their triumphant return at the end of next month on August 26th. And according to Parade, they will only be available at select participating locations. So, if the 26th of August rolls around and the overly-chipper CFA employee holding the iPad outside of the drive-thru line in 90 degree weather tells you “I’m sorry, but we don’t carry those items on our menu,” you can call up 1-866-232-2040 Monday thru Saturday from 9am-10pm EST to file a complaint. (But be nice, they do just about everything else right.)
