Today, Colter Wall released the title track to his upcoming album, “Little Songs.”
The Canadian singer released his debut EP back in 2015 at the age of 20 and like probably most of us, I was shocked to know Wall was that young after hearing his voice.
Nowadays, artists like Colter Wall are an acquired tase but he’s only gotten more popular with every album. “Little Songs” is set to drop this Friday, July 14th, and the title track, written by Colter alone, reminds us that through the hard times or just every day life, you have to remember to cherish the little things – or in this case “songs.”
“You won’t get much on mountain time, except older and a thicker hide / You got to fill the big empty with little songs.”
This is the fourth song released so far from the upcoming album and my personal favorite thus far, is “Corralling the Blues.“
