“I got a stereo…”
Over the weekend, Darius Rucker along with Hootie and the Blowfish headlined the second night of the Riverfront Revival festival in Charleston, South Carolina, performing their hits, “Let Her Cry,” “Only Wanna Be With You” and “Hold My Hand.”
Given that he was in his hometown, Rucker included a couple of his solo hits into the set, with the band playing “Wagon Wheel” and “Alright” during the back half.
It seems as if ol’ Darius had a few too many drinks during the show, however. During the performance of “Alright,” the “Don’t Think I Don’t Think About It” singer took a pretty nasty fall that resulted in an admittedly hilarious clip.
During the verse, he began to sing the line, “I don’t need no concert in the city. I got a stereo and the best of Patsy Cline.” Before he could finish the second part of the line, he took the fall resulting in him yelling, “I got a stereo!” while bracing for impact.
After getting back up with the help of the cameraman, Rucker began to get right back into the song before cutting himself off and saying, “I’m old as f*ck.”
We posted the video on our Instagram, and the comments did not disappoint.

Words don’t really do the clip justice. You’ll have to watch it for yourself here:
