The duo is back.
Today, it was announced that Luke Bryan and Super Bowl MVP quarterback, Peyton Manning, will take on hosting duties at the 2023 CMA Awards for the second year in a row.
While no pair can outdo Carrie and Brad, the two still did pretty well together last year. I mean, not only do they both have entertaining personalities, but the award show also saw an 11% improvement from the year before, when they received their worst ratings in history with only 6.83 million viewers.
The CMA’s put on a better award show in 2022 than they have in a long time, as well as MILES better than the CMT Awards. In fact, during his acceptance speech for Entertainer Of The Year,” Luke Combs told the crowd; “This is my fifth or sixth year being at this award show and Country sounded more Country than it has in a long time tonight. I think we all wanted that.”
The 57th annual CMA Awards will air live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, on November 8th at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
