It’s official.
After releasing two singles, “Pink Skies” and “Purple Gas,” in anticipation of his upcoming album, “The Great American Bar Scene” everyone knew that an album release date was on the horizon for Zach Bryan. Many were speculating that it would be coming soon after Bryan took to Instagram last month to announce that it was completely finished. Today, the “I Remember Everything” singer set social media ablaze, finally announcing the album is coming on none other than the 4th of July.
Minutes ago, Bryan took to Instagram to make the official announcement.
In the post, Bryan confirmed the circulating rumor that bars around the country will receive an early listen to the album on June 24th, saying, “My intent with all this is to give everyone an early glimpse of this album, but more importantly this is in the spirit of bringing people together for a memorable moment. I have chosen 23 bars across the country that embody the spirit of American culture. These bars will play select cuts from ‘The Great American Bar Scene’ starting June 24th.”

As of now, no tracklist has been revealed for the album. However, there are plenty of songs that are speculated to be on the 16-song, 1-poem record. The following songs are rumored to be on the album given that they were recently teased on social media and/or played on his current Quittin’ Time tour.
- “Pink Skies”
- “Purple Gas”
- “The Great American Bar Scene”
- “Better Days” (feat. John Mayer)*
- “Sandpaper” (feat. Bruce Springsteen)*
- “28”

It should again be noted that all songs other than “Pink Skies,” “Purple Gas” and “The Great American Bar Scene” are not confirmed and are purely speculation. As for the Mayer, Springsteen and Mooreland features, these are rumored given that Mayer and Springsteen performed their respective tracks live on tour with the “Something in the Orange” singer. The Mooreland feature is all but confirmed given that Bryan posted a snippet of him singing the chorus on TikTok.
