    RedWest Ultimate Festival Instagram Giveaway Package Official Rules:

    • Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on Friday, July 24 and ends on Sunday, August 2nd at 6p.m. MDT.
    • Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of all 50 U.S. states aged 21 and older.

    • How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
      • Platform: Instagram
      • To enter, eligible participants must complete all of the following actions during the Giveaway Period:
        • Follow: @CountryChord, @RedwestSLC, and @GiGiPip
        • Like: Like the official giveaway post.
        • Comment/Tag: Must tag at least three friends in the comments
    • Prize:
      • Prize: One winner to receive four VIP+ tickets to RedWest Music Festival in Salt Lake City, Utah, scheduled for October 16-17, 2026. 4 Meet & Greet passes for Koe Wetzel. $500 Delta Airlines Gift Card. 4 Custom Hat vouchers for GIGI PIP. Two complimentary hotel rooms at Hotel Monaco.
      • Prize Conditions: Tickets are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed. 
      • Two hotel rooms at the Monaco for lodging are included for the nights of October 15,16 and 17. Checkout will be subject to hotel policies on October 18.
    • $500.00 Delta Airlines gift card will be provided to winner. Additional travel expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.

    • All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guests must be at least 21 years of age and must abide by all Festival and venue policies. RedWest reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue/Festival personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/Festival policy or law, or may bring Prize Provider into disrepute. Winner and guest must have a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID for identification purposes and to claim tickets. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending a festival in a public place and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Prize Provider. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, winner must agree to ticketing Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status, and are subject to change at any time. Any difference between the above stated ARV and the actual retail value of the Prize will not be awarded. 

    Prize is provided by RedWest (Tickets, Meet & Greet Passes), Country Chord (hotel rooms), GIGI PIP & Two Roads ($500 Delta Airlines gift card and Custom Hat Experience)

    • Winner Selection & Notification
      • Selection Method: The winner will be selected in a random drawing on August 2nd, 2026
      • Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message, then shared via comment section of giveaway post, as well as Country Chord’s Instagram story.
      • Claim Period: The potential winner must respond to the notification within 12 hours or the tickets may be forfeited.

    • Delivery: Winner will be able to pick up the tickets at the Festival box office. All additional prizes will be sent out to winner digitally via email.
    • Alternate Winner: If a potential winner is disqualified, fails to respond, an alternate winner will be selected via random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
    • Publicity and Release
      • Publicity: By entering the contest, participants agree that if they are selected as a winner, the Sponsor may use their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
      • By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Prize Provider and their parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.

    If the event is canceled, postponed, or materially changed due to weather, artist cancellations, venue decisions, or other unforeseen circumstances, the giveaway sponsor assumes no responsibility and no replacement prize or cash value will be provided. Meet and greet passes subject to change*
