August of 2023 is going to go down as one CRAZY month in the Country music history books.
For starters, we watched the controversy surrounding Jason Aldean’s “Try That In A Small Town” unfold and break the internet. Last night, we saw Morgan Wallen shock fans when he took the stage in Columbus, Ohio, with a shaved head. Turnpike Troubadours are releasing their first album after a six year hiatus. We watched a complete nobody from Virginia blow up overnight and rack in millions of views with the No. 1 song on iTunes, all-genre.
And now, the Walmart yodel kid, Mason Ramsey, just performed Revival with Zach Bryan in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
What in the hell is going on in the world right now?
On top of all of that, Zach also has a new (seemingly self-titled) album coming out on the 25th of this month, the same day as his heroes, Turnpike. That should be enough to break the internet for the entire weekend…
After the show at the Bok Center, Mason posted a clip of him and Bryan performing the popular song on Tiktok, saying “It’s good to be back on stage.”
