Great time to be a CoJo fan…
In support of his upcoming album, “Leather,” set to drop on November 3rd, Cody Johnson announces he’s officially hittin the road next year for a total of 13 stops.
The Leather Tour, featuring special guests Justin Moore and Dillon Carmichael, kicks off in Sacramento, California on January 19th and runs all the way until July 9th, with a small break in the months of April and May.
Every show features Moore and Carmichael as the openers, with an exception only to the Arkansas show where Chris Janson will replace Moore at the Simmons Bank Arena.
CoJo has released three songs from the upcoming record so far, “The Painter,” Work Boots” and “Watching My Old Flame.” One thing we also know is the record is expected to feature a duet with Carrie Underwood that should (hopefully) blow us away.
Leather, as well as Chris Stapleton’s “Higher,” (both slated for a November release) seem to be the most highly-anticipated albums left of 2023 and if there’s any indication from their previous catalogs, they shouldn’t disappoint.
