CoJo is BACK.
Cody Johnson recently announced his new song, “The Painter,” will officially be released next Friday, August 11th.
Last April, Cody joined local radio station personalities of KMLE Country 107.9 before taking the stage at Country Thunder in Arizona and announced he had a new double-album in the works that would feature 24 songs, including a duet with Carrie Underwood.
While we don’t know the official release date yet, we do know it’s coming in either November or December and we also know The Painter will be the first single off the new record.
Earlier in the week, CoJo shared a teaser of the new track to Instagram that featured a video of him and his wife dancing with a caption that read, “showed me colors I ain’t never seen,” presumably lyrics to the song.
