The wait is over.
This morning Garth Brooks took to social media to announce the grand opening date for Nashville’s Friends In Low Places Bar & Honky-Tonk.
Although portions of the bar have been opened since Black Friday, all four floors will officially be open on Thursday, March 7th.
Named after his iconic 1990 hit, “Friends In Low Places,” the bar will be located at 411 Broadway (purchased by Garth in December of 2021), with nearly 55,000 square feet to drink and socialize.
While most bars on broadway close at 3am, Garth has announced Low Places will close at 2, and live music will have to succumb to a midnight end-time. It is rumored to contain the largest LED screen on the strip and will also cut off the third floor for three private event spaces with a capacity of 250 persons each.
The menu will be created by none other than Garth’s wife, Trisha Yearwood. If you’re able to get in to celebrate the grand opening on March 7th, I imagine they’ll both make an appearance.
