What a summer it has been for Riley Green.
From joining The Voice to announcing the upcoming release of “That’s Just Me,” the past few months have been a whirlwind for the “Worst Way” singer. But between the camera and the recording booth, he clearly hasn’t lost his roots.
Posting an official video to his YouTube today, Green has gifted fans an acoustic version of his hit “My Way.” Giving us the perfect stripped-down track, the release sees Green accompanied by nothing more than live guitar, bass, and backup harmonies.
And as some fans have already pointed out in his comments, the clip spotlights Green’s talent at its core: smooth, emotional lyrics and vocals.
But more than anything, today’s release gives us a perfect appetizer for “That’s Just Me” while we wait impatiently for September 18.
