Man of the people.
Just a few hours ago, Morgan Wallen took to Twitter to announce his show in Tampa, Florida (originally set to take place tonight at Raymond James Stadium), would be rescheduled to October 4th due to illness.
I hate to reschedule shows but I powered through being sick in Tampa last night, and unfortunately woke up feeling way worse today. I would not give you guys anywhere near 100% tonight and as a result, I need to move tonight's Tampa show to Oct. 4 and next week's Charlotte shows…

Morgan also announced next week’s back-to-back shows at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte would also be rescheduled to this fall on the 18th and 19th of October.
Shortly after the news, Jelly Roll (who was slated to open for Morgan tonight alongside Nate Smith), tweeted out he would be performing free for fans who held tickets to tonight’s show at the Dallas Bull:
TAMPA! Dallas Bull tonight— doors open at 7pm. If you have a ticket to the show you get in for free. (This is for ticket holders only) FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. pic.twitter.com/QedPCmZZNF

While you can’t fault Morgan (or anyone for that matter), for coming down with an illness, you can always count on Jelly Roll to step up and make sure fans, especially those who traveled hours, still get to see a live performance. And I love that about him.
