“Just Put It On The Setlist” – Morgan Wallen Addresses Fan-Favorite “7 Summers” Winning His Surprise Song Poll In A “Landslide” Every Night [Watch]

Morgan Wallen has been giving his fans a small say in his 2026 Still The Problem Tour with the addition of a brand new interactive voting poll that lets the crowd pick one surprise song throughout the set.

With four options to choose from via text throughout the pre-show, to no one’s surprise, the same cult-classic has dominated the shows every. single. night. During the tour’s first five stops, fans have been given the choices of throwback songs like “Dangerous,” “Silverado For Sale,” “Everything I Love,” “865,” “Talkin’ Tennessee,” and yet every time it’s been the same clear choice of his 2020 track, “7 Summers.”

With almost 700 million streams on Spotify alone, a 7x platinum RIAA certification, an initial debut at number one on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, and not to mention its incredibly catchy melody– it’s a no-brainer as to why it continues to get chosen time after time. It’s also a little baffling that at this point, it hasn’t already become a permanent addition to the setlist in general.

Wallen recognized this, addressing the crowd at Allegiant Stadium during his Las Vegas show this past weekend. After the song won the poll for the fifth time in a row, he confirmed, “This song just keeps winning in a landslide every single night.” The Sneedville native also revealed that it claimed over 50% of the votes, noting that, “It don’t matter what songs I put against it, it just keeps winning.”

Unfortunately, I think Wallen and his team will find that this is bound to be an unbreakable pattern throughout the remaining 18 shows, yet he’s determined to find its competition. “I’m gonna keep trying to throw different songs out and see if we can get a you know a ‘Cinderella Story’ or something one of these times. But the heavy favorite keeps winning, and that’s fine with me.”

While Wallen may have expressed his gratitude to the fans for still showing the now almost 6-year-old song a massive amount of love, the comment section of his speech on TikTok echoed the same disappointment for the lack of diversity and not spotlighting some of the other favorites from his massive discography.

Can he please just take off 7 summers I love the song but I want the true deep pulls

I hope bro knows if you put a fan vote and 7 Summers is on there it’s winning every time! He just needs to add the song to actual set list and let other songs be in the vote

Don’t think Jesus or wondering bout the wind needs to be added!!

Take it off the list 😫😫😫😫 I want talking Tennessee!!!!

Maybe he should just put it on the setlist lmao

Time will tell if these pleas will have any influence on a permanent addition to the set or a total shake-up to the four picks, but with the promises of new music on the way, the growing options of songs are only going to get trickier. This past Friday night, May 1, the “I Got Better” singer also teased that he is, in fact, officially back in the studio and already has ten songs loaded in his back pocket.

Whether or not they’ll come before or after the tour wraps up on August 1 in Philadelphia, PA, is another story, but hopefully, we’ll get a few more snippets throughout the duration of the summer. Wallen will return to the stage this upcoming weekend for two stops at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, alongside supporting acts Brooks & Dunn, Hudson Westbrook, and Zach John King.
