Nothing seems to surprise me anymore, but even I’ll admit I didn’t see this one coming.
Today Drake released the music video for his recent single, “You Broke My Heart” and it features none other than country superstar, Morgan Wallen.
The song was written by Drake (Aubery Graham), as well as Anderson Hernandez, Michael Mulé, Isaac De Boni, Alexander Morand, Frank Wilson and Kenny Thomas, and is featured on the “Scary Hours‘ edition of his October release, “For All The Dogs,” which features six additional tracks to the already massive 23-song album.
Speaking of massive albums, Morgan is no stranger to adding what some would deem as ‘too many songs’ to an album, as the Everything I Love singer dropped 36 on “One Thing At A Time“ earlier this year.
Although the two artists couldn’t be more different from each other, they’re both respectively two of the biggest in all of music, so Drake recruiting Morgan for a cameo in the music video shouldn’t come as that much of a surprise.
The two can be seen laughing over dinner together, before making an exit that would make that evening their last night together (pun intended).
