Absolutely killing it.
Morgan Wallen is not just thee biggest artist in Country music, he’s one of the biggest artists in the world right now and continues to dominate the charts.
“Last Night,” one of the more poppier (yet, catchy as hell) songs from Wallen, extends its run to 13 weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, making it one of only fourteen songs to have ever led the chart for at least that long.
On top of that, Morgan Wallen’s “One Thing At A Time” spent its fourteenth week at No. 1 on the U.S. Albums chart to make the 36-song record the longest running No. 1 of the 2020’s, all-genre.
And on top of THAT, “Last Night” just officially surpassed “Flowers” by Miley Cyrus to become the best selling song of the year so far by U.S. units.

Country music seems to be the “cool” thing again. I mean, just last week Morgan Wallen’s “Last Night” held the top spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart for a 12th week, while Luke Combs’ cover of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car” jumped to No. 2. With those two songs simultaneously claiming the top two spots on the chart, it made the first time two Country artists have done it since 1981 when Eddie Rabbitt’s “I Love A Rainy Night” was at No. 1 and Dolly Parton’s “9 to 5” was at No. 2.
As if you haven’t already heard the song eighteen hundred and fifty two times before, listen to Last Night below.
