Nicholas Jamerson, known for his work with the Morning Jays and Sundy Best, continues his solo career with the release of his newest single, Billy Graham Parkway. The Appalachian singer/songwriter is gearing up for a new album in May, this track being the final single before its release.
Jamerson took to Instagram on March 23 to announce the single’s release.
For fans of Jamerson, this was a much-anticipated track, years in the making. An acoustic version of the song was posted on Youtube in August 2019 at Maker’s Mark, a bourbon distillery in Loretto, Kentucky. Nearly four years later, the track finally has an official studio release.
The song was written by Jamerson’s close friend, Allun Cormier, and paints a nostalgic and thought-provoking scene throughout.
