What a way to ring in the year.
Somehow, some way, 2024 is nearly at a close. With Christmas and New Year’s right around the corner, “Best of the Year” lists are being created, year-end charts are being finalized and most excitingly Nashville is prepping for their annual New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville Big Bash event which will air on CBS.
Back in October, Keith Urban was announced as the show’s host alongside Entertainment Tonight’s Rachel Smith with Jelly Roll and Kane Brown set to perform throughout the show’s five-hour runtime.
Yesterday, the entire lineup was announced, and it’s a damn good one. Eric Church, Chris Stapleton, Luke Combs, Post Malone, Zach Top, Lainey Wilson, Miranda Lambert and more are set to take the stage in what can only be described as one of the most star-studded nights in country music outside of an award show.
Urban, Brown and Jelly Roll will perform at Nashville’s Bicentennial Park while Parker McCollum, joined by CMT’s Cody Alan and SiriusXM’s Caylee Hammock, performs at the Brooklyn Bowl.
The five-hour show will feature over 40 back-to-back performances, including various cover segments, throughout the night, live in the heart of Nashville.
New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash will air live on CBS and Paramount+ from 8:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. ET.
