Grabbin’ a quick bite.
Though he made headlines over the weekend with his hilarious “Horsecycle” entrance in Oklahoma City, it seems like Tyler Childers was living his best life over the weekend in Little Rock, Arkansas as well.
Before treating fans to a stellar 21-song set that included the likes of “Follow You To Virgie,” “Whitehouse Road” and a cover of Kenny Rogers’ “Tulsa Turnaround,” it seems as if the “Feathered Indians” singer got a little hungry during his walkout back to the stage.
In a video by TikTok user, the_nuthatch_nook, Childers can be seen making what they described as a “beeline” directly to a fan’s seat and grabbing a bite of his fries before heading to the stage. In the comment section of another video of Childers’ fry heist, a user would note that Childers would later tell the crowd how good the fries at Simmons Bank Arena were.
Though the order of fries probably cost the fan a whole day’s work as food prices at venues continue to surge, he certainly didn’t mind as he was seen laughing with another concert attendee after the 33-year-old singer/songwriter walked off.
After getting his fries, Childers would later perform an acoustic set that included “Bottles and Bibles,” “Nose on the Grindstone” and most notably, a full-crowd sing-along to his platinum hit, “Lady May,” which looked nothing short of incredible.
