Teasing a brand new tune via social media last week, Post Malone and Luke Combs are gearing up for the release of their forthcoming collaboration, “Guy For That,” and it looks like a music video will accompany the soon-to-be hit song…
If you have been keeping up with his new endeavor in the country music community, Post Malone has been in the studio with some of the biggest names in the genre as of late. Previously releasing “I Had Some Help” with Morgan Wallen and “Pour Me A Drink” with Blake Shelton, Post has also been working on some brand new tunes alongside HARDY, Chris Stapleton, Sierra Ferrell and more — seemingly for his forthcoming country album, F-1 Trillion — and it looks like Luke Combs has been added to said list.
Today (July 17) — less than 24 hours after Post’s private “A Night in Nashville” performance, presented by Bud Light — the genre-crossing superstar was spotted downtown, filming a music video for “Guy For That” in the middle of Lower Broadway. Naturally, Combs was at his side as the duo sang the track on a moving platform, cruising past Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar in a video shared to TikTok by an adoring fan.
With a music video seemingly in production, it looks like “Guy For That” will be hitting streaming services much sooner than fans expected, but there’s no way to know for sure. Until then, it’s safe to say we will be keeping up with both Post Malone and Luke Combs on social media for all of the updates…
