Back in October, Megan Moroney posted a minute long video to TikTok of her performing Zach Bryan’s “I Remember Everything,” a collaboration with Kacey Musgraves from his latest, fully self-produced, fourth studio album.
Featuring nothing but her and an acoustic guitar, Megan posted the cover video sitting on a truck bed from Grand Junction, Colorado, where she performed at the Warehouse 25sixty-five Kitchen + Bar for the first time.
I Remember Everything, written by Bryan and Musgraves alone, is currently Zach’s most streamed song off his self-titled album on Spotify and became his first ever #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, as well as his first ever Grammy win.
Due to the overwhelming popularity, the duo also sent it to country radio as an official single on September 11th, where it currently sits at #30 on the Country Airplay chart after debuting at the sixtieth position just five weeks ago.
While not her first time covering a Zach Bryan song, it appears even this one resonated with Megan, who, herself, is one of the hottest newcomers and rising stars in all of country music.
Within minutes after her cover video was posted, there was a handful of comments from fans begging for them to collaborate. While their has been zero hints of this actually happening, the two did share the stage together back in July when Megan was brought out to perform “Revival” with Zach in Québec, Canada. Regardless, you never know, crazier things have happened. Watch Megan’s cover of I Remember Everything, below.
