This was the place to be this weekend.
This year’s Stagecoach festival featured a TON of great performances. From Post Malone’s country covers set that included surprise guest appearances from Brad Paisley and Sara Evans, to Jelly Roll and T-Pain paying tribute to Toby Keith, the bar was set incredibly high this year.
Another joint performance that may get overlooked but was nothing short of incredible, was Miranda Lambert bringing out Reba McEntire for a surprise medley performance that included her 1991 hit, “Fancy.”
“Fancy” was originally written and recorded by Bobbie Gentry in 1969 and although she experienced mild success, it was Reba’s version that skyrocketed into the top ten on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. It is also currently certified double platinum by the RIAA.
