Morgan Wallen has been a busy man as of late. With his fourth studio album “I’m The Problem” set to drop here in just a couple weeks, the 31 year-old singer/songwriter just uploaded his third ‘Shop Sessions’ video to YouTube – this time for “I’m A Little Crazy.”
“I’m A Little Crazy” dropped back on March 21st, the same day Morgan officially made his album release date announcement, and it’s already proving to be a standout – at least from what we’ve heard so far.
It was written by HARDY, along with Jameson Rodgers, Hunter Phelps and Smith Ahnquist, and tells the story of a self-proclaimed (red-letter) rebel who appears to be undauntedly self-aware – admitting that he may be “crazy,” but that “the world’s insane.” As of this very moment, it has racked up over 33 million streams on Spotify alone.
Wallen is no stranger to intimate, full-band acoustic sessions. In fact, just last year, he dropped a series of stripped-down performances recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London, and that was after the eleven videos from the ‘Dangerous Sessions‘ he sporadically dropped in the fall of 2021. If I were a bettin’ man, I’d say there’s many more to come within the next few weeks.
In addition to the new project, Wallen will also be hitting the road this summer on the I’m The Problem Tour with Miranda Lambert, Koe Wetzel and more. Hitting 10 cities on back-to-back nights, the “Whiskey Glasses” singer will visit the likes of Houston, Seattle and Foxborough throughout the summer.
