Givin’ the fans more bang for their buck.
Back in December, Miranda Lambert made a surprise appearance at Lainey Wilson’s concert at the Theater at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas.
The reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year introduced the crowd to Miranda as her band kicked off the intro to her 2005 hit, “Kerosene,” and the crowd went nuts:
And if that wasn’t enough, the duo then gave the crowd a performance of an unreleased song they wrote together, seemingly titled “Good Horses.”
Here’s a taste of the lyrics from the chorus:
“I don’t need a compass, I don’t need a saddle / Let go of the reins baby, let me unravel / If you want to love me, you don’t need a rope / You just need to know / Good horses come home.”
Miranda Lambert has dominated the country charts for almost two decades, while Lainey Wilson now holds the Billboard chart history record for the shortest break between #1 singles by a female country artist. I think it’s safe to say this collaboration would be a hit.
