Talk about gettin’ your moneys worth.
Imagine purchasing tickets to see one of your favorite Country singers live and then one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play the game, not only makes an appearance, but helps cover a song from the best damn duo there ever done was in Country music.
Well, that’s exactly what happened last night when Parker McCollum brought out Peyton Manning mid-way through covering “Red Dirt Road” by Brooks & Dunn, to help him finish the song.
Peyton Manning is no stranger to the Country music world. In fact, him and Luke Bryan have hosted the CMA Awards the past two years and while Blake Shelton was a better pairing alongside Luke, in my opinion, the two still killed it.
From what I can hear, Peyton, who was sporting his own custom earphones and a white Cowboy hat, didn’t sound THAT bad.
