Ashley McBryde keeps the hits coming with this one.
Fresh off the release of Light on in the Kitchen back on February 24, McBryde is back with another single. Instead of reflecting on the simplicities and struggles in life as she did with her previous release, here, she returns to her rocking side with The Devil I Know. She took to Instagram with an acoustic snippet on Monday to promote the upcoming release.
McBryde looks to continue her hot streak, following up her Grammy win back in February with Carly Pearce for their smash hit, Never Wanted to Be That Girl.
The track, written by McBryde, as well as Bobby Vinson and Jeremy Stover, flexes McBryde’s musical flexibility, seamlessly transitioning from an acoustic first verse to a heavier second half filled with driving percussion and heavy electric guitar throughout.
