Good news for MM fans. After previously releasing it exclusively to Amazon Music in early October of last year, Megan Moroney’s cover of Chris Stapleton’s “What Are You Listening To?” is now officially available on all streaming platforms. Just last week, CMT posted Megan’s live acoustic video performance of the cover from her Campfire Sessions, featuring performances from four additional tracks released back in July. For folks (including myself) who were wondering why they waited five months to release this cover from the same sessions, well now it makes total sense. Kickin’ off the video with a short introduction, Megan…

Yesterday, CMT published another performance video of Megan Moroney from their Campfire Sessions. The country music television network first released the acoustic set, featuring performances of “I’m Not Pretty,” “Sleep On My Side,” “Girl In The Mirror” and “Tennessee Orange,” back in July of this year, but it appears they decided to save her cover of Chris Stapleton’s “What Are You Listening To?” until now. Kickin’ off the video with a short introduction, Megan calls the 2013 single, “criminally underrated,” adding that it’s “one of her favorite songs” from the 45 year-old superstar. “What Are You Listening To?” was written…

Iconic. Back in early September of this year, Jimmy Buffett passed away surrounded by family and friends at the age of 76. TMZ reported that the cause of death was from a rare skin cancer, Merkel cell carcinoma, that Buffett was quietly diagnosed with four years prior. Last month, Alan Jackson, Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown Band, (all artists who collaborated with Buffett in the past), paid tribute to the Brown Eyed Girl singer with a special performance at the CMA Awards, and of course, rainbow parrots and other tropical aesthetics decorated the stage in his honor. As we reflect on his…
