Talk about gettin’ your moneys worth. Last night, Nickelback brought their Get Rollin’ Tour with Brantley Gilbert and Josh Ross to the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville and there were a TON of surprise guest appearances. Brantley brought out Jelly Roll to perform “Son Of The Dirty South,” as well as Jason Aldean to perform “Dirt Road Anthem,” and “My Kinda Party,” two songs that BG originally wrote. And if that wasn’t enough, Nickelback brought out Ernest to perform “Flower Shops” and one of the biggest shockers was seeing that Chris Daughtry made an appearance, as well. The two bands did…

Another taste of their upcoming album. This morning, Turnpike Troubadours took to social media to announce they are releasing their third single, “Brought Me,” from their upcoming album, “A Cat In The Rain,” this Friday, August 4th. The first single, “Mean Old Sun,” which officially marked the band’s return after a six year hiatus, was accidentally leaked on TouchTunes back in April and officially released on May 5th. Turnpike’s second single, “Chipping Mill,” ramped up even more excitement for the new record and in typical Evan Felker fashion, he likens getting his heart broken to getting it thrown into the…

Crazy how real this stuff can sound. As Artificial Intelligence has become more and more prominent this year, creators (specifically on Tiktok) have been coming up with literally anything and everything they can think of to keep themselves and the internet entertained. From Spongebob singin’ Drake songs, to Donald Trump rappin’ “Gold Digger” by Kanye West, A.I. takes all the information it can from photos or one’s voice and cranks out some weirdly (and scary) realistic content. And as imagined, this thing has gotten a little out of control. One specific Tiktok user has been using A.I. to generate Taylor…

Two of the best up-and-comers in the game right now. Wyatt Flores recently joined Charles Wesley Godwin on the road for a short stint of shows out on the West Coast. Just after wrapping up their last show together in Washington last week, the duo took to social media for an ode to Chris Knight with a cover of his 2003 song, “The Jealous Kind.” Godwin recently featured a cover of the song back in February on his “Live From The Church EP” and if I’m being completely honest, I had never heard that specific Knight song before, or at…

This morning, Tyler Childers released his new song, “In Your Love,” the first taste of new music from the Appalachian artist in almost a year. Not only was the track released with an announcement of a new 7-song album coming in August, it was also accompanied by a music video that has fans divided on the subject matter. Written and creatively directed by Silas House, the video features two gay men who are coalminers in what appears to take place in the mid 1900’s. While the song is completely different than Childers’ Purgatory era, and different from his already different…
