Currently wasting away in Margaritaville… Late last night, Jimmy Buffett passed away surrounded by family and friends at the age of 76. Just hours after the news, TMZ reported that sources with direct knowledge to the situation have revealed the singers cause of death. Four years ago, Jimmy was diagnosed with skin cancer that turned into lymphoma, an aggressive form of cancer that quickly spreads throughout the body, and as of now, that has been reported as the official cause of death. CoJo is BACK. Cody Johnson recently announced his new song, “The Painter,” will officially be released next Friday, August 11th. Last April, Cody joined local radio station personalities of KMLE Country 107.9 before taking the stage at Country Thunder in Arizona and announced he had a new double-album in the works that would feature 24 songs, including a duet with Carrie Underwood.
