A live version of “Should’ve Known Better” is the latest content from Carly Pearce‘s “Live From Music City” edition of her third studio album “29: Written In Stone.” The song joins live versions of “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” the duet recorded with Ashley McBryde, and RIAA-certified gold single “What He Didn’t Do,” along with the rest of the album’s OG track-list.
The re-release of “29: Written In Stone,” comes almost two years after it first became available for streaming, back in September 2021. Named “Album of The Year” at the 2021 CMA Awards, the 15-track record helped earn Carly Pearce the title of CMA Female Vocalist of The Year in 2021 & ACM Female Artist of the Year in 2022. A multitude of other success followed the original release of “29,” making this album Carly’s most noteworthy project to date.
I physically can’t lie, so I’m going to admit that I forgot about this album for a minute. But I also forgot how good it is. “What He Didn’t Do” is simply unmatched, and now I’m pumped to have another version of it to throw into the rotation. Check out “Should’ve Known Better (Live From Music City)” now, and pre-save the rest of the record before it’s re-release on Friday.
