Country Chord’s Instagram giveaway to Two Step Inn Terms and Conditions:
- Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on Wednesday, November 26th and ends on Wednesday, December 3rd at 9p.m. ET.
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of all 50 U.S. states aged 18 and older.
- How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

- To enter, eligible participants must complete all of the following actions during the Giveaway Period:
- Follow: @CountryChord and @TwoStepInn
- Like: Like the official giveaway post.
- Comment/Tag: Must tag at least two friends in the comments
- Share: A shared story post tagging both @CountryChord and @TwoStepInn equal one extra entry.
- Prize:
- Prize: One winner for two (2) 2-day general admission tickets to Two Step Inn Music Festival in Georgetown, TX, scheduled for 18-19, 2026 (the “Festival”) ARV = $658.00
- Prize Conditions: Tickets are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed. Travel and lodging costs NOT included. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must abide by all Festival and venue policies. C2 Acquisitions, LLC (“Prize Provider”) reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue/Festival personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/Festival policy or law, or may bring Prize Provider into disrepute. Winner and guest must have a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID for identification purposes and to claim tickets. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending a festival in a public place and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Prize Provider. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, winner must agree to ticketing Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status, and are subject to change at any time. Any difference between the above stated ARV and the actual retail value of the Prize will not be awarded. Winner will be informed of the Actual Retail Value at the time the Prize is redeemed. Winner acknowledges that winner will be provided a 1099 on the actual retail value.

- Winner Selection & Notification
- Selection Method: The winner will be selected in a random drawing through online generator on December 1st, 2025.
- Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message, then shared via comment section of giveaway post, as well as Country Chord’s Instagram story.
- Claim Period: The potential winner must respond to the notification within 24 hours of or the tickets may be forfeited.
- Delivery: Winner will be able to pick up the Prize at the Festival box office.
Potential winner is subject to verification, including verification of eligibility.
- Alternate Winner: If a potential winner is disqualified, fails to respond, an alternate winner will be selected via random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
- Publicity and Release
- Publicity: By entering the contest, participants agree that if they are selected as a winner, the Sponsor may use their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Prize Provider and their parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
