These ladies are absolutely ruthless.
While the guys may currently have their “Ella Fella” fan club going strong, as for all of the female country music fans, the “Zach Toppers” are just as dedicated. Unfortunately, the fanbase nickname hasn’t officially made its rounds (yet), but there’s no denying that the 28-year-old Washington native has his fair share of loyal groupies.
At every show, Top has pretty much every girl in the audience screaming back to his viral hit, “Use Me,” along with the endless trend of waving provocative text signs from their phones in the air. Luckily for our entertainment, this same energy followed him to his recent show at the Ryman.
Headlining the Monday night, May 4 show, Top took part in the Tribute set celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Fender Telecaster guitar. In between playing his hits from “Bad Luck” To “When You See Me,” the country music star got an unexpected mid-show catcall from a fan.
Yelling from the back of the audience, one lady decided to shoot her shot, asking,“I know you have a girlfriend, but do you want a wife?” Taken aback by the bold statement and blushing hard, Top hilariously replied, “Do I know you? Do I owe you money or something?”
While Top may have played the situation off like a champ, his girlfriend is probably a little less amused, given she’s made it a point in the past to call out these crazy flirtatious fans, saying they, “Need a lesson on self-respect.” Unfortunately, I don’t think that’s gonna stop anyone anytime soon from still trying to swoop in.
He’s certainly in for another summer of gawking fans as he prepares to head out on the 2026 leg of his headlining Cold Beer & Country Music Tour alongside supporting acts Marcus King Band, Lukas Nelson, Jake Worthington, Cole Goodwin, and more. He’ll kick things into gear in less than a month on June 5 in Oklahoma, later wrapping up on August 28 in Gilford, New Hampshire.
