Kix and Ronnie? Say less.
Last night, Morgan Wallen took his headlining One Night At A Time Tour to Arrowhead Stadium (home of the Kansas City Chiefs), and fans in attendance got a little more bang for their buck when he brought out the legendary Brooks & Dunn for a surprise performance of “Neon Moon.”
Now, how much of a surprise it really was, I’m not entirely sure… considering Wallen did his walkout with the duo to “Broadway Girls” to kick the show off. It’s also not the first time they’ve performed the hit song together. Back in 2022, Morgan brought out Ronnie at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, for a separate surprise performance (you can watch that here).
“Neon Moon” was written solely by Ronnie and released as the band’s third single from their debut album “Brand New Man.” Although it’s been 32 years since its release, it remains one of the most popular songs in country music still to this day. Check out clips from their performance together here:
