We are so back.
After teasing the song back on July 10th and being spotted shooting a music video for it in downtown Nashville, Post Malone has officially announced that his highly-anticipated collaboration with Luke Combs, “Guy For That” is coming this Friday, July 26.
In an Instagram post, Post shared more footage from the aforementioned video shoot with the simple caption, “Guy For That out 7.26 @lukecombs.”
The track was teased all the way back in February by Post on Instagram before he made his full-fledged dive into country music. Two singles, an ACM Awards performance and a CMT Fest appearance later, the song is finally about to be released.
“Guy For That” is the third pre-released track off of Malone’s upcoming country album, F 1-Trillion, joining the likes of his smash hit with Morgan Wallen, “I Had Some Help” and his collaboration with Blake Shelton, “Pour Me A Drink.”
It should be noted that this may not be the only collaboration we see between the duo. When the pair teased “Guy For That” back on July 11th, Post took to X to point out that the pair have yet another song recorded. There’s no confirmation on whether both will appear on the album, but it’s clear that they have multiple songs ready to be released.
