Unless you live under a rock, you’re already well-aware that Morgan Wallen recently cancelled his show in Oxford, Mississippi, after the openers, Nate Smith, Hardy and Ernest, had already taken the stage to perform their set.
The message that appeared on the screen at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, just minutes before he was set to take the stage, read; “Unfortunately Morgan has lost his voice and is unable to perform tonight – Therefore tonight’s show has been cancelled.“
One security guard, employed by BEST Crowd Management, was caught on camera telling fans that Morgan couldn’t walk and that “losing his voice is bull-crap.” He also swore he was so drunk that an “ambulance had to take him off.“
Well, after that video went viral on TikTok, the company issued a statement that the guards claim was “false” and that they “do not stand behind the detail in his statement.”
Morgan has also re-scheduled his next three tour dates due to doctor-ordered vocal rest.
