Zach Bryan kicked off his Quittin’ Time Tour in Chicago last night and absolutely blew the roof off of the United Center when he brought out Kacey Musgraves for a surprise performance of their grammy-winning duet, “I Remember Everything.”
While that may have been the most memorable moment of the night for most concert-goers, another moment that was met with unparalleled enthusiasm was when Zach performed the unreleased, “The Great American Bar Scene” for the sold-out crowd of over 23,000 people.
If you’re a diehard Zach fan, you not only know the phrase, but have probably used it yourself..at least as an Instagram or Snapchat story caption. While we have no other details, including an official release date for the song, the 27 year-old singer/songwriter has an immense history of surprise-dropping songs at any given moment.
Zach is set to play in Chicago again tonight, with additional tour dates that run all the way until the middle of December. Jason Isbell, Sierra Ferrell and the Turnpike Troubadours will also make appearances at select dates.
I Remember Everything recently won a Grammy for Best Country Duo/Group Performance, just months after the song became both artists’ first-ever #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. It is currently certified double platinum by the RIAA.
