In the midst of an incredibly busy year that includes making their late-night TV debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live back in April, releasing their highly anticipated acoustic album, The Talco Tapes, back in May and announcing a brand-new headlining tour, Bad State Of Mind Part 2, Treaty Oak Revival has been on nothing short of a tear lately.
Though they’ve suffered a notable loss recently with bassist, Andrew Carey, stepping away from the band on June 29th due to the toll being out on the road touring has taken on him, Treaty Oak is still undoubtedly one of the most popular bands in today’s country-rock scene.
With a fanbase that grows bigger (and rowdier) by the day, many have been asking when their third studio album will be out, and it looks like we just got confirmation that it’s coming soon.
This morning, Treaty Oak took to X to confirm that a new record is, in fact, coming this year. Adding a GIF of Forest Gump saying, “That’s all I have to say about that,” the East Texas band said, “Just so y’all know… WE ARE PUTTING OUT A NEW F*CKIN RECORD THIS YEAR! THIS YEAR DAMMIT!”
In case you missed it, Treaty Oak took to X back on January 6th to share that they officially began working on their third album, posting an image of the studio with the caption, “So it begins 👀 #album3″
Though there is no confirmation of a tracklist or release date, there is a potential collaboration with William Clark Green that could find its way on the new album. Back on June 16th, Green took to Instagram to tease that he was in the studio with the band. Keep in mind, however, this is purely speculation.

In addition to the album confirmation, Treaty Oak also picked up a brand-new gold record from the RIAA for “Fishnets.” With the new certification, the band now owns six gold records and one platinum certification for “Missed Call.”
- “Fishnets” (Gold)
- “Missed Call” (Platinum)
- “Ode To Bourbon” (Gold)
- “I’m The Worst” (Gold)
