Well, that’s one way to get his attention.
Typically when you want your favorite performer to notice you and/or look your way out in the crowd, you’d bring a big ole sign that you spent hours drawing on with 10 different color sharpies and hold that baby up above your head until you felt like your arms were about to fall off. But nope, that’s now the old school way of doing things…at least if you’re a girl anyway.
As long as you’re unabashedly candid, trashy, or drunk (or especially all three), all you gotta do is climb up on some other drunk guys shoulders and show your t*ts..and there’s about an 80% chance (90% chance if the performer is a guy) that they’re going to notice you. And last night, that’s exactly what happened when Parker McCollum hit the stage.
The video took place last night at WinStar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma while Parker was performing his fourth straight No. 1 hit at country radio, “Burn It Down.” And while there wasn’t much of a reaction from the 32 year-old Texas native, you can see him look away and definitely hear it in his voice that he was caught off guard.
Let’s be real here, though. Parker is not going to stop the concert for you or fulfill your crazy fantasy of getting invited backstage with him after the show if you for some reason feel the need to lift your shirt up, simply because he’s already married to the gorgeous Hallie Ray Light, but hey…shoot your shot I guess.
While not confirmed, word is on the street (and by street I mean our comments section on Instagram), that the girl was kicked out of the concert shortly after and that his wife was watching from the sound booth. Now if a guy were to do this to, let’s say Miranda Lambert on stage, he may be facing a couple charges. But I digress. Check out the video here:
