Not on my 2025 bingo card.
It’s hard to go a day without seeing a post online that doesn’t stir up an immense amounty of controversy. From political hot takes garnering thousands of likes and comments to clickbait headlines and articles outraging users, there’s always something waiting to be discovered and subsequently ridiculed. Over the weekend, it was none other than Mia Khalifa calling Morgan Wallen (and his music) “for racists.”
In case you’re not familar with who Khalifa is, she is one of the most popular adult film actresses of all time. Despite only being in the industry for three months, the 32-year-old became one of the most recognizable names and even won “Number 1 P*rn Star” in 2015. Since leaving the industry, Khalifa remained popular on the adult site, Only Fans.
Early on Sunday morning, Khalifa took to X and said, “m*rgan w*llen is for racists, hope that helps !.” As of writing, the post currently has 4.1 million views, 22,000 likes, 1,400 replies and 1,400 reposts/quotes.
There’s no doubt that this tweet was mainly due to Wallen’s use of the a racial slur back in 2021 in which he was caught on a neighbor’s security camera telling a white friend, “Hey, take care of this “p***y-ass motherf****r … Take care of this p***y-ass n***a.”
It’s been well-documented that Wallen has apologized for his use of the racial slur and even donated $500,000 to the Black Music Action Coalition and another $100,000 to the National Museum of African American Music.
Despite the 22,000 likes, many were quick to criticize her with a plethora of comments bringing up her infamous adult film in which she wore a hijab on camera during intercourse. This, of course, was and is still seen by many to be incredibly offensive to those in the Muslim community.
Beyond the controversial hijab video, Khalifa herself has said racial slurs, predominantly the n-word, on countless occasions both on video and on X in deleted posts. X user, Hood Blaze, replied to her tweet with a minute-long complation of her using the word in a derogatory context, resulting in over 5,300 likes on the original post and another 289 likes in the aforementioned reply.
Beyond X, many Instagram users in our comments were quick to criticize Khalifa’s tweet with many noting the hypocrisy on display due to her past adult films.

Even Gavin Adcock, who will be opening up for Wallen on his current I’m The Problem Tour on select dates, chimed in on our Instagram post, commenting, “Says someone who gets piped for a livin.”

While, of course, you can criticize Wallen for his drunken use of a racial slur, it’s pretty safe to say that you cannot simultaneously be caught on countless occasions using the same exact slur and expect to not receive backlash. The internet is forever, Mia.
