Iconic. Back in early September of this year, Jimmy Buffett passed away surrounded by family and friends at the age of 76. TMZ reported that the cause of death was from a rare skin cancer, Merkel cell carcinoma, that Buffett was quietly diagnosed with four years prior. Last month, Alan Jackson, Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown Band, (all artists who collaborated with Buffett in the past), paid tribute to the Brown Eyed Girl singer with a special performance at the CMA Awards, and of course, rainbow parrots and other tropical aesthetics decorated the stage in his honor. As we reflect on his…

The man just don’t quit. After already releasing two projects earlier in the year, Zach Bryan took to Twitter today to provide fans with an exciting update – new music is already on the way. I am so excited for everyone to hear the next album— Zach Bryan (@zachlanebryan) December 26, 2023 After posting the above tweet, he then responded to a fan who asked when we could expect the new album: “It’s about half done, so depending on the writing side who knows, God willing as soon as possible.” It’s about half done, so depending on the writing side…
Wallen is back. After recently making an appearance in Drake’s new music video for “You Broke My Heart,” Morgan Wallen took to Instagram this morning to share a (now-deleted) teaser of a brand new track he wrote with Ernest, Charlie Handsome and Post Malone, seemingly titled “I Had Some Help.” Post Malone featured as a writing credit shouldn’t come as a surprise, considering he was recently photographed with Ernest and Morgan in the studio, and unless you’ve been living under a rock, you should be well aware of his performance at the CMA’s alongside HARDY and Wallen last month. While…
Nothing seems to surprise me anymore, but even I’ll admit I didn’t see this one coming. Today Drake released the music video for his recent single, “You Broke My Heart” and it features none other than country superstar, Morgan Wallen. The song was written by Drake (Aubery Graham), as well as Anderson Hernandez, Michael Mulé, Isaac De Boni, Alexander Morand, Frank Wilson and Kenny Thomas, and is featured on the “Scary Hours’ edition of his October release, “For All The Dogs,” which features six additional tracks to the already massive 23-song album. Speaking of massive albums, Morgan is no stranger…
HARDY speaks out. In October of last year, HARDY’s tour bus ran off the road, resulting in significant and life-threatening injuries to all four passengers. According to a Tennessee Highway Patrol report, the bus was traveling westbound on I-40 near the Wilson and Davidson counties border when it went off the road, overturning on its left side. HARDY’s photographer, Tanner Gallagher, was a passenger on the bus the night it crashed and later released a statement saying the bus flipped over at nearly 70 mph, leaving everyone unconscious: “Within what felt like 3 seconds, our bodies were thrown across the…
Megan Moroney has had a MASSIVE start to her young career. The 26 year-old rising superstar released her debut album, Lucky, back in May of this year, and it was just recently crowned the best country/americana album of 2023 by Rolling Stone. Earning that type of recognition for your first-ever record is not only impressive, but almost unheard of. It’s especially flattering considering their staff put her at #1 alongside artists such as Turnpike Troubadours, Chris Stapleton, Tyler Childers, Jelly Roll and more. Her college football-themed love story,Tennessee Orange, went absolutely viral last year, helping Moroney to sign a record…
