Earlier today, Tyler Childers gave a performance of “Universal Sound” at Andy Beshear’s second Inauguration after beating his Republican opponent, Daniel Cameron, for Kentucky governor. After the announcement was made that the 32 year old, In Your Love singer would be performing at the ceremony earlier in the month, Beshear said he got to know Childers when the Kentucky native performed at an Appalachian Regional Commission conference: “You could tell how important home and place is to him. And with him up for a Grammy this year – what a great story it says about Kentucky and Kentuckians and the…

Toby Keith has one of the most entertaining personalities in all of country music. Last year, the 62 year-old legend went on a brief hiatus after announcing he was diagnosed with stomach cancer in the fall of 2021. In his official announcement post in June of ’22, Toby admitted he just needed rest: “I’ve spent the last 6 months receiving chemo, radiation and surgery. So far, so good. I need time to breathe, recover, and relax.” pic.twitter.com/TeADP7UN8h— Toby Keith (@tobykeith) June 12, 2022 While this is his first official concert, Toby has given multiple performances within the last few months.…

What a year for Morgan Wallen. As the year-end numbers and chart rankings pour in for 2023, Morgan was arguably the biggest artist in all of music this year. The 30 year-old superstar finished with the most streamed song, all-genre, on just about every music streaming platform, including on Spotify and Apple Music, with “Last Night.” Even though he was passed on at the CMA Awards last month, Wallen was the most awarded artist at the Billboard Music Awards with 11, beating out Taylor Swift who came in second with 10. The trophies that Morgan took home included Top Male…
Back in October, Chris Stapleton extended his “All American Road Show” tour into 2024 with an additional 23 dates. Those new dates feature a hefty amount of A-list openers that include Lainey Wilson at the Minneapolis show, as well as Turnpike Troubadours opening in San Diego. Today the 45 year old superstar officially announced an additional three dates. He will be in Tampa, Florida, on May 10th, Arlington, Texas, on June 15th, and Houston, Texas, on August 24th. Never gets old. Back in April of 2013, Sturgill Simpson performed “You Can Have The Crown” and “Some Days” live at the Sun King Brewery in Indianapolis, Indiana. The two songs, both written solely by Simpson, are featured on his debut album (and my personal favorite to date) “High Top Mountain.” While the album didn’t garner a lot of attention and is still criminally underrated in my opinion, the performance video has racked up over 30 million views on Youtube alone over the last ten years. You Can Have The Crown also has over 51 million streams on Spotify as…
