Earlier this morning, Nashville Metro council members voted 30-3 to deny the “aerial encroachment” construction of a 20-foot sign bearing Wallen’s name above the front entrance of his new bar, located at 107 4th Ave North on Broadway. Although it was reported by Fox 17 in Nashville that there was technically nothing wrong with the sign legally, as it meets all zoning regulations, several council members cited Wallen’s past history of arrests, primarily his recent April arrest after throwing a chair off of Eric Church’s rooftop bar Chief’s. “I don’t want to see a billboard up with a name of a person who’s…

“It’s not okay, but we’re all gonna be alright.” Last night, Jelly Roll made a powerful statement and tugged on the heartstrings of viewers everywhere when he performed his brand new, unreleased song, “I Am Not Okay,” on The Voice season 25 finale. Seemingly admitting that it’s okay not to be okay, the 39 year-old rapper-turned-country singer stood on stage, surrounded by fog and nothing but acoustic guitars, and delivered a performance that many on the internet have been praising all morning. Love him or hate him, Jelly Roll is one of the most vulnerable artists out there. From his…

This past weekend, Luke Combs took his headlining Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old tour to Santa Clara, California, where he performed for a sold out crowd at Levi’s Stadium, home of the San Fransisco 49ers. Although fans obviously paid tickets to see the 34 year-old country star perform all 18 of his No. 1 hits, Luke might’ve been the third most popular person on his own stage when he was joined by 49ers quarterback, Brock Purdy, and star tight end, George Kittle, to shotgun beers during his performance of “1,2 Many,” originally a collaboration with Brooks & Dunn off his…
