What a trio. Last night, at the Songs and Stories of Dean Dillon tribute concert, legends such as George Strait, Vince Gill, Ronnie Dunn and Sammy Kershaw performed along with the likes of current stars, Cody Johnson, ERNEST and Zach Top to honor the legendary singer/songwriter. Dillon has written a mile-long list of hits including Strait’s “The Chair,” “Easy Come, Easy Go,” “Marina Del Ray” and “Ocean Front Property” and most notably “Tennessee Whiskey.” The Tennesee native has also cut songs with the likes of Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Alabama, Brooks & Dunn and Keith Whitley. Definitely not the response I was expecting. Last Friday, Luke Bryan stopped by The Bobby Bones Show to discuss his new album, Mind Of A Country Boy, as well as Carrie Underwood joining him as a judge on American Idol. However, in true Luke Bryan fashion, things got a little off track. Early in the interview, Bones asked Bryan about how he feels about artists canceling shows due to sickness. The album sold 19,000 units, String’s biggest career sales week, and skyrocketed him to the top of multiple Billboard…

From sales of Eric Church’s brand new song, “Darkest Hour,” directly going to the relief fund to Dolly Parton donating $1 million to victims, the response from the industry has been nothing short of amazing. Today, it was none other than Morgan Wallen, joined by Theo Von and Tennesee baseball Coach, Tony Vitello, who joined the effort in Knoxville to provide food for the victims of Helene.…

Showin’ love to one of the best. Last month, Charles Wesley Godwin and the Allegheny High took their tour to Pittsburgh at the famous AE Stage right outside of the Steelers’ stadium, Heinz Field, and delivered a knockout 24-song set. The set began with your standard fair for Godwin and Co. with them playing hits such as “All Again,” “Temporary Town” and his 2022 collaboration with Zach Bryan, “Jamie.” The encore, however, very well might have been the highlight of the show with Godwin pulling out covers of Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline,” Merle Haggard’s “Ramblin’ Fever,” John Denver’s “Take Me…
