Coming off of a huge year that included his first certified-platinum single with “Coal,” another highly successful EP with Songs in the Gravel and a spot on the massive Twisters soundtrack, Dylan Gossett has extended his current The Back 40 Tour into the new year with 20 additional shows spanning from February to May 2025.
Minutes ago, Gossett took to Instagram to announce the tour’s extension:
Though there are U.S. dates scattered throughout the new dates, The Back 40 Tour primarily serves as an opportunity for Gossett to connect with his Canadian fanbase with two separate runs in Canada in April and May. With that being said, however, the “Coal” singer will be playing multiple shows in Florida and Oklahoma as well as California in an appearance at Stagecoach. As of now, no openers have been announced.
If you haven’t seen Gossett live yet, now is the time. Now being backed by a full band, the Texan singer/songwriter has made some noticeable changes to his early acoustic songs that sound incredible in concert. To say that hearing these changes is worth the price of admission would be an understatement.
Presale for the new batch of dates goes live this Wednesday, December 11th at 10 a.m. local time with general sale beginning Friday, December 13th at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets can be accessed here.
