To all the aspiring future Mr. Langley’s out there…don’t shoot the messenger, but it looks like the 27-year-old superstar is currently locked down.
And before we dive into the developments at hand, let it be known that neither of these two has officially confirmed they’re in a relationship…but they do seem to be pretty close. The Alabama native has been rumored for quite some time to be linked with “Wind Up Missing You” singer Tucker Wetmore after being spotted vacationing together in the British Virgin Islands last December.
Of course, they were with a group of friends, so this doesn’t necessarily mean anything, but the allegations kept swirling, especially after they had undeniable chemistry singing a live acoustic duet of “Sunburn” at the Heart Strings For Hope charity event in March 2026. Fast forward to last night, and who was spotted leaving the Nashville Songwriter Awards to help Langley celebrate her record-breaking run with the longest-running No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100? You guessed it: Wetmore.
According to a clip obtained by the pinnacle of dating-rumor instigators, TMZ, both Langley and Wetmore were captured stepping out of the Ryman Auditorium following the 9th Annual award ceremony, where Langley performed her summer anthem, “Choosin’ Texas,” and Hardy co-written track, “Be Her.” In the dark video, Langley waved to the crowd before stepping into a black SUV with her fellow 26-year-old rising star.
Now, while I know at first the flash-heavy video doesn’t look like Tucker at first glance, after MANY rewatches I can pretty much 100% assure that that is, in fact, the “Brunette” loving singer beside her. But again, just because two famous people hang out behind the scenes doesn’t necessarily mean they’re dating, so until I see these two either confirm the rumors or at the altar, nothing’s for sure.
Likewise, as this news inevitably takes over the internet and threatens to overshadow everything Langley has accomplished over the past few days, I’d like to remind everyone that she’s still one of country music’s biggest, baddest, chart-topping phenomenons. She’s coming off a record-breaking No. 1 run, dominating both Billboard and Spotify’s top charts, and still has a stacked run of inevitably sold-out tour dates ahead of her.
